512Financial LLC is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients with accurate financials, budgets, and decision-ready insights. You’ll work under a Senior Consultant, gaining exposure to multiple industries while delivering high-quality accounting services.

The role is fully remote with residency requirements for certain states; candidates should be detail-oriented, curious, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with multiple ERPs is a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work remotely and manage priorities across clients.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Partner with team members and clients to meet deadlines
