Job summary

Mamba Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and logistics-related financial documentation. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work.

The position involves processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting month-end activities, reporting to the Finance Department. Prior logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and standard office software.
• Ability to learn accounting and logistics-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Enter financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end procedures.
• Prepare routine accounting reports and summaries.
• Support the accounting team with administrative projects.
• Receive and process invoices; manage payments and vendor records.
• Assist with customer invoicing and billing and monitor aging.
