Commercial Bank of Texas is seeking an accounting professional to reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, balance cash daily, and assist with Fed wire transfers and investment portfolio duties.

This role supports the Accounting Supervisor, handles accounts payable, provides cross‑department support, and serves as back‑up for pre‑processing night jobs. A U.S. work status and solid office software skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizen or legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.
• Over the age of 18 and not disqualified from fidelity bond coverage.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Above-average computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile bank accounts or General Ledger accounts on a daily or monthly basis as assigned.
• Balance Cash daily.
• Process corresponding bank adjustments in a timely manner.
• Originate all types of Fed entries.
• Responsible for dormant letters to be sent quarterly.
• Assist in Fed Wire Transfers and in maintaining bank's cash position.
• Prepare Accounts Payable as needed.
• Provide general support to other areas as necessary.
• Serve as back-up to pre-processing night job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
