Qualifications

• 1–3 years accounting, bookkeeping, or related role.
• Experience with accounts payable and general ledger entries preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process internal accounts payable transactions with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and post accrual journal entries for monthly close.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Process reclasses to fix incorrect account coding.
• Submit Charge Change and Collection Forms as needed.
• Support investor bank reconciliations and related cash bookings.
• Assist with corporate financial prep monthly and ad hoc tasks.
