Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries accurately and within established deadlines.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Complete intercompany reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and ad hoc accounting requests.
