Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience (or 1+ year with a Master's degree).
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with reconciliations and the close process.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Analyze account activity and explain variances
• Support revenue accounting and review of agreements
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits
• Help improve reporting through Excel and automation
• Assist with internal controls and special projects
