Job summary

Secured Tech, a finance-focused provider serving K-12 programs, is seeking an Accountant to support the finance team. Reporting to the Controller, you will handle day-to-day transactional accounting, invoicing, and vendor management.

The role requires a solid GAAP background and hands-on experience with NetSuite and HubSpot, plus strong Excel skills to ensure data integrity across systems and assist with month-end close and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Three to five years of accounting experience.
• Current working knowledge of a mid-to-enterprise ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor bills, code, input, and process in NetSuite.
• Generate and issue customer invoices using HubSpot deals and schedules.
• Communicate with customers on outstanding balances and conduct friendly collections.
