Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Accountant for a fully remote position in the financial services sector. You will join the finance department to support various teams, oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and assist with budgeting and tax returns.

The ideal candidate has experience with Fiserv/Spectrum/Prolog, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting, preferably with Fiserv/Spectrum/Prolog.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations using Fiserv/Spectrum/Prolog software.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in accounting procedures.
