Culligan Pure Waters is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. In this role, you will maintain financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and process payroll to support smooth operations for a growing company.

You will generate monthly and quarterly reports, monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Payroll processing and tax compliance familiarity

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
• Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
• Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives
