Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking an Insurance Account Specialist to handle routine insurance tasks within client systems, meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines, while adhering to security policies. The role supports Senior Specialists and Account Managers, collaborates with offshore teams, and offers remote work with United States residency requirements.

Applicants should have a HS diploma, Property and Casualty license, 2+ years insurance experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Professional customer service and/or processing experience.
• 2+ years of insurance experience.
• Fluent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Process-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and use client and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System.
• Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by proactively processing service-related issues.
• Collaborate with offshore Service Delivery Teams on client work and provide feedback to offshore teams.
• Independently operate client and carrier systems and process routine insurance tasks; Document work in client/company database.
• Follow established procedures to meet quality SLAs while maintaining security policies/standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.
