Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Account Setup Coordinator to support seamless onboarding and merchant account setup in a remote-capable role near Knoxville, TN. The position emphasizes accuracy, issue remediation, and compliance-aware handling of high-risk tasks with end-to-end ownership.

You will work with merchants, collect required information, document actions clearly, and escalate to SMEs when needed. Proficiency in Excel and data entry is important, and you should be comfortable learning new systems
