American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is hiring Account Resolution Specialists for a remote role based in New York. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements for past-due accounts, while complying with FDCPA laws and client requirements.

Expect a 37.5–40 hour work week, training provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be able to work on camera in a remote environment and reside in New York.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of proven experience in collections or customer service.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
• Must pass client clearance requirements (background checks/drug testing).
• Ability to meet all client scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to contact consumers and negotiate payment arrangements for past-due accounts.
• Educate, inform, and present customers with available options while treating each customer with respect.
• Work within FDCPA laws and client requirements; comply with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize multiple computer systems to access and update customer information and document activity.
• All employees are required to work on camera while working remotely.
