Job summary

Quadax, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative for our medical billing software XPeditor. You will serve as the frontline contact for hospitals and physician practices, guiding them through setup, training, and daily use.

Candidates must be comfortable traveling up to 30% across IN, IL, MO regions while delivering excellent client service and coordinating with multiple behind-the-scenes teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with investigative and software troubleshooting skills.
• Able to multitask across client accounts and travel up to 30%.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software XPeditor.
• Train staff on product features and everyday use.
• Read reports to identify billing trends for clients and present additional products.
• Contact different insurance payers and resolve reasons why claims did not pay or pass edits.
• Assist clients in writing custom data converts and test upon implementation.
