Job summary

ABI Document Support Services is seeking a sales professional to join the team on a remote basis with about 50% travel, primarily in Texas. Dallas is preferred for residence due to travel focus.

The Account Manager will implement national sales programs, manage key accounts, and coordinate with senior management to meet revenue objectives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in sales/account management, valid driver's license, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3–5 years related account management or outside sales experience.
• 2+ years prior sales/account management experience required.
• Prior experience in records retrieval, court reporting, or similar legal services highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up national program sale accounts and develop project plans.
• Clearly understand and articulate products and services.
• Manage relationships with assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales team and Senior Management on strategic accounts.
• Identify problems and facilitate timely solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate services.
• Share information with staff to improve customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales/marketing meetings; travel as required.
• Analyze market and competition; adapt sales strategy.
• Provide updates to management.
• Input and manage customer information in systems.
• Provide information to sales teams resulting in qualified leads.
• Perform various duties as assigned.
