WorkWhile is seeking an Account Manager to join the Merchandising, Retail & Auto pod. You will manage a portfolio of accounts including big-box, grocery, and specialty retailers, ensuring right-in-store staffing and workforce solutions during peak seasons and remodels.

You will be the primary client contact, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will develop trusted advisor relationships, forecast key metrics, and collaborate with Sales and Ops teams to expand presence across stores

Competenze

3–5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in retail, merchandising, staffing, or workforce solutions.
Strong understanding of retail operations and labor dynamics.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Mansioni

Lead point of contact for client accounts, including staffing planning, escalations, and strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store operations, district managers, and HR leaders.
Understand client environments to proactively meet workforce needs during peak periods.
Maintain and grow contracts, identifying upsell opportunities across locations.
Forecast and track key account metrics like fill rates and revenue growth.
