Neka Creative Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager with 4+ years in account management or client service, preferably within a creative agency.

You will own day-to-day client relationships and act as the main bridge to our creative team, translating client needs into actionable direction and keeping projects moving from strategy through execution. The role is part-time, contract-to-hire, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings.

Formación

• Four plus years in account management or client service, preferably in a creative agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems.
• Ability to represent the company well with clients and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary conduit between clients and the creative team.
• Develop client briefs and project plans, schedules, deliverables, and approvals.
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations.
• Translate client feedback into clear direction for the creative team.
