The role is remote with travel to customers in your territory, primarily in North Carolina. You will build relationships, provide product expertise, and collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to achieve business results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industry experience in healthcare or related service fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence.
• Outstanding computer-based skills including Salesforce and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute customer account strategies to drive retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability.
• Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each customer's business and aligning their needs to our solutions.
• Create account blueprints detailing contracts, services, products, and buying groups.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Provide ongoing in-service education to clinical staff on safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Support new product installations or program implementations at customer sites.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and prepare data-driven strategic recommendations.
