Grainger, a leading MRO distributor, seeks an Account Manager, Healthcare for Asheville, NC. You will maximize revenue by expanding relationships, developing new accounts, and aligning with Grainger's value proposition.

The role requires field presence four to five days weekly across NC, SC, and VA, with a focus on healthcare customers. Applicants should have 3+ years of outside sales, strong account planning, and the ability to close deals while coordinating with internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting and account planning.
• Ability to articulate business drivers and total cost of ownership.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to be in the field four to five days a week in NC/SC/VA.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue for designated account package within existing accounts and new ones.
• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Demonstrate Grainger Value Proposition and provide solutions to grow sales.
• Develop and implement account strategies with regular business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with sales and pricing guidelines.
• Use resources and technical support to drive productivity and sales.
