Job summary

Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core; you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients and will build, launch and optimize event reward funnels that drive their results.

You will manage the end-to-end performance of your accounts, including relationships, funnel setup, optimization and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile ad tech in account management or related roles.
• Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels.
• Strong analytics instincts and dashboard literacy.
• Proven track record of growing revenue through upsell/cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across mobile game publishers and key UA stakeholders.
• Grow book of business via cross-sells and upsells.
• Set up and evaluate event reward funnels from design to QA.
• Review performance, adjust funnels, targeting, and pacing to hit KPIs.
• Act as strategic advisor with benchmarks and growth plans.
• Manage invoicing and billing end-to-end with finance.
• Plan and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Drive client retention by identifying churn signals and acting.
• Own end-to-end campaign performance from onboarding to renewal.
