Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager II to service client accounts and manage communications with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives. The role requires day-to-day client servicing for a defined client set and significant written, electronic and verbal communications.

The Account Manager II will manage renewals and marketing processes, preparing materials for presentations with more senior team members.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years of client service and/or industry experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; assist in meetings.
• Prepare and send RFQs; present renewal results and drafts.
• Review proposals with Account Executive; communicate with clients/carriers with approval.
• Create and maintain client files; manage policy records in the agency system.
• Answer billing questions; coordinate with Accounting when needed.
