Our EDDY Account Manager drives client success through strategic account management across enrollment management, traditional media, digital channels, and social media.

We seek a proven account manager with sharp analytical skills and a results-driven mindset to expand client accounts and meet goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• Proven account management experience in marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts and drive client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies across enrollment management, traditional and digital media, and social channels.
• Grow client accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor metrics, forecast performance, and guide internal teams to meet goals.
• Collaborate with developers on technical projects to align business and tech goals.
• Communicate effectively with partners and provide proactive problem solving.
• Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met with high quality.
