Job summary

Amplix is seeking an Account Manager to join our Go-to-Market Sales team. This role focuses on supporting existing customers, driving retention and growth, and ensuring long-term value from customer relationships.

You will manage relationships, renew contracts, educate clients on Amplix solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience. Remote-work option with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (minimum three (3) years).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success is required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting all Customer KPIs as defined in the Commission and Goal Plan.
• Engaging regularly with assigned customers to strengthen and expand relationships within each account, address satisfaction concerns, renew contracts, and align with long-term objectives.
• Educate clients on industry trends and Amplix products and services.
• Conduct daily customer interactions and ensure activities logged in the CRM.
