Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Remote Account Manager to work with international marketing clients. You will manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns across channels, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.

You’ll partner with internal teams like SEO, paid media, content, and creative to drive growth, identify upsell opportunities, and translate performance data into actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Account Management or related client services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM and project tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned marketing accounts.
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, paid media, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
• Lead regular client meetings, reporting calls, and strategy discussions.
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding marketing services.
• Ensure all client communications and campaign updates are documented in CRM or project management tools.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and marketing objectives.
