Qualifications

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience with complex or capital equipment, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
• Solid business judgment, financial awareness, and the ability to turn insight into action
• Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to stay organized and accountable
