Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines in a remote-capable role for residents in CA, NV, OR, WA and AZ. You will manage a book, retain clients, and coordinate admin and service activities across policy administration, billing, and claims.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management (or 5+ in insurance), active P&C licensing, and strong communication skills. IOA offers growth, health insurance, and a balanced culture.

Qualificações

• Active P&C license is required or professionals with insurance brokerage knowledge.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals; monitor delinquent accounts and collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion by monitoring activity and suspense.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team; deliver proactive service.
• Stay updated on company policies and seek continuous improvement.
