Qualifications

• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and ensure accurate policy administration.
• Renewals, billing, and coverage analysis; negotiate and present proposals where needed.
• Maintain policy expirations, renewals, and carrier/vendor communications.
