The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management experience (or 5+ years in insurance) with an active P&C license. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. The role offers hybrid work with at least 1 day in NY offices or fully remote for Eastern/Central Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage analysis; monitor expirations and renewals.
