Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain accounts, and support new business. You will coordinate administrative tasks, handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis, while maintaining data accuracy in agency systems.

The role requires active P&C license and ability to work PT hours. Remote work is available for residents in CA, NV, OR, WA and AZ, with on-site needs possible for specific business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance brokerage processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals, and conduct renewal proposals.
