Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage a book of business, ensure retention, and support new business development in the CA/NV/OR/WA/AZ region.

The role requires an active P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time hours. You will lead a team, handle policy administration and renewals, and coordinate client submissions with carriers.

Qualificações

• Active P&C license required.
• 3+ years account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Monitor and manage activity to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and timely responses to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership in IOA values.
