Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain accounts, and support new business.

The role requires 3+ years of account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C license, and the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M–F 8am–5pm). Open to residents in California and nearby states, with remote work policy allowing on-site as needed within certain branches.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain technical competence and industry knowledge.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and clear communication within the team.
• Deliver exceptional service and proactively meet client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership in IOA values.
