Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain accounts, and support new business development. You will coordinate daily administrative tasks, handle customer service requests, and ensure accurate policy administration and renewals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with an active P&C license (CIC a plus), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
• Renewals, policy expirations, and negotiations of coverages.
