Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues and prevent errors or omissions.
• Oversee policy administration, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Seek continuous improvement and champion IOA values.
