Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain policy management, expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
