Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate daily administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Track policy expirations, renewals, and billing details.
• Lead account management team and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for accuracy.
