You will coordinate daily admin and customer service, handle renewals, billing, and coverage analyses, and ensure data accuracy across agency systems while leading a small team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
