Responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, providing timely updates and follow-through.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal departments to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Schedule and lead client status meetings and weekly check-ins with agendas and action items.
• Communicate clearly with clients, routing feedback and flagging issues as needed.
• Assist in drafting client communications, recaps, reports, timelines, and decks.
