AGP (Allegiance Group & Pursuant) seeks an Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service for a portfolio of accounts, coordinating with Client Strategy and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes project management, budget monitoring, and collaborative teamwork with leadership to uphold AGP processes and timelines for clients in a remote/hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in account management, agency project management, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience in an agency environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience working on direct response fundraising programs, primarily direct mail and/or digital.

Responsibilities

• Owns all project setup and timeline management in project management system.
• Plans and manages client workflow from initiation to completion and billing.
• Maintains day-to-day communication with account teams and clients; prepares for meetings and documents notes.
• Identifies potential project challenges and collaborates with leadership to resolve.
• Monitors budgets and ensures work aligns with project strategy.
