Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service across a portfolio of accounts. This role emphasizes strong project management, disciplined execution, and client collaboration to uphold AGP processes and timelines.

The position is remote or hybrid within the US, with duties spanning project setup, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in account management, agency project management, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience in an agency environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience working on direct response fundraising programs, primarily direct mail and/or digital.

Responsibilities

• Owns all project setup and timeline management in project management system.
• Plans and manages client workflow from initiation to completion and billing.
• Manages day-to-day communication with assigned account teams and conducts project meetings.
• Identifies potential project challenges and collaborates with the Director, Project Management to resolve them.
• Develops project copy documents and ensures alignment with project strategy.
• Monitors budget estimates and actuals to maintain financial health.
