You will manage 20–30 State Farm agent accounts, schedule and confirm appointments, and strive to maximize client satisfaction while maintaining a high level of accountability and productivity from a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time hours.
• Quiet home workspace for a dedicated 8-hour shift.
• Reliable internet with 5+ Mbps upload and 10+ Mbps download.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a new list of State Farm clients each month to schedule appointments.
• Confirm appointments the business day before and reschedule if needed.
• Manage 20–30 State Farm agent accounts and check in monthly to ensure satisfaction.
