Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls to Clients: contact a new list of State Farm clients each month to schedule or decline appointments using State Farm-approved scripts.
• Confirm appointments the business day before; reschedule if needed.
• Manage a portfolio of 20–30 State Farm agent accounts and provide tips to improve their experience.
