JD Power is seeking an Account Manager to oversee digital advertising campaigns for dealers, clients, and partners. This remote role in the USA reports to the Director of Account Management, focusing on campaign launches, performance monitoring, and strong client relationships to drive growth.

You will coordinate onboarding, gather assets, align client expectations with deliverables, and conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Media or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealers, clients, and partners; oversee digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day program execution; coordinate dealer and partner deliverables.
• Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches; monitor performance.
• Foster strong client relationships to support growth and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and dealerships for approvals.
• Maintain best-in-class customer service and multi-task across tasks and priorities.
• Troubleshoot issues in applications used for monthly campaigns.
