Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Maintain technical competence and industry knowledge.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of team members.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and maintain compliance with policies.
