Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producer, and assigned group of accounts.

The role emphasizes service excellence, policy administration, billing, renewals, and accurate data handling in a remote-ready environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry, an active P&C license, and CIC preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate collections as needed.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
