• Active P&C license is required to perform the role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, and prepare submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
