• Active property & casualty license required; professional designation preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; assist in submissions and quotes.
• Review contracts for proper coverage and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier platforms with data accuracy.
