Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team, Producer, and assigned group of accounts. The role combines administrative tasks with customer service, policy administration, billing, and coverage analysis.

Remote options are available to CA, NV, OR, WA and AZ, with on-site hybrid requirements for certain occasions. A valid P&C license and PT hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, and prepare submissions.
