Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary client contact across Airline, Cruise Line, and Hotel partners. The role can be remote from anywhere in the United States or Canada or hybrid from our Melville, NY headquarters.

You will manage existing client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive long-term success by building strong partnerships and delivering tangible value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels is a must.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
• Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction of existing API accounts to maximize relationships and expand revenue.
• Lead sourcing and RFP processes with suppliers and document results for client presentations.
• Execute hotel contract negotiations, renewals, and addendums with a focus on mutually beneficial terms.
• Manage day-to-day account management and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with CRM, ACES, OPS and Business Development teams to ensure accurate data and smooth transitions.
