Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company seeks an Account Growth Coordinator (NIMO) to support the Account Growth Manager and VP, National Accounts. You will engage with Network IMO agents, promote products, onboard new partners, and manage data reports to drive production and profitability.

Remote EST role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes proactive communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of life insurance or related field experience.
• 1–3 years in a customer service role with telephone experience.
• Understanding of life insurance distribution channels and business models.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for assigned Network IMO agents.
• Correspond effectively with Network IMO agents, internal partners, vendors, and departments to resolve issues.
• Promote L&G products and programs to Network IMO accounts and their staff; train onboarding.
• Meet internal and client deadlines to ensure successful program implementation.
• Proactively onboard new Network IMO agents and maintain ongoing follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to assess new distribution opportunities and onboard new relationships.
• Monitor business inventory and share updates with agencies to improve placement.
• Act as liaison for agencies and escalate issues to appropriate contacts.
• Communicate New Business policies and guidelines to customers and internal teams.
• Process all other duties as assigned by management; travel to events as needed.
• Travel to distribution events, conferences or trainings as needed.
