Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a remote Account Growth Coordinator (NIMO) to support the Account Growth Manager and VP, National Accounts. You will engage with Network IMO agents, promote L&G products, onboard new agents, and run data reports to help achieve production and profitability goals.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of life insurance or related field experience.
• 1-3 years in a customer service-related position with telephone experience.
• 1+ years in a customer contact sales role or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for assigned Network IMO agents and maintain customer focus in discussions.
• Communicate clearly with internal partners, vendors, and departments to resolve issues and expedite processes.
• Promote products and programs to Network IMO’s and their staff; onboard agents and train during launches and ongoing sessions.
• Meet internal and client deadlines to ensure successful program implementation.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing communication with new Network IMO agents to scale production and growth.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to assess new distribution opportunities and onboard new relationships.
• Monitor inventory of issued and pending policies and share updates to improve placement.
• Act as liaison for agencies, escalating to appropriate contacts as needed.
• Communicate New Business policies and guidelines effectively; perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel to events, conferences, or trainings when required.
