Banner Life Insurance Company in Frederick, MD is seeking an Account Growth Coordinator (NIMO) to support the Account Growth Manager and VP, National Accounts. You will be a customer-facing liaison, onboarding agents, promoting LGA products, and driving production and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in life insurance or a related field.
• Customer service experience with telephone interactions.
• Understanding of life insurance distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for assigned Network IMO agents.
• Communicate effectively with agents and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Promote LGA products to Network IMO’s and onboard agents.
• Meet internal and client deadlines for program implementations.
• Proactively onboard new Network IMO agents and grow production.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to explore new distribution opportunities.
• Monitor business inventory with Account Growth Manager and report findings.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Explain New Business policies to customers and partners.
• Travel to events, conferences or trainings as necessary.
